Two possibilities:
1. Check for non-planar polys in Modeler's Polygon Statistics box. If
you find any, you can fix 'em by using the Set Value function to
move all the points to 0 on the axis perpendicular to the face of
the object.
2. (More likely) Turn off Antialiasing for your clip map.
